In the year of 1980 Yasin Hanagandi marginal farmer at Terdal Karnataka, seeking some job to support his family.  Very soon he got a small job near his village as helper in a dairy plant manufacturing milk products like paneer, dahi, shrikhand, cream, butter and ghee. He started working sincerely at this plant with honesty and hard work. Due to his loyalty, hard work, sincerity dairy owner has promoted him as operator in less than one year. He kept on working as his nature. During this period he learnt each & every aspect of manufacturing milk products and has developed practice of making all dairy products efficiently of his own. During this period apart from technical knowledge he also learnt to tackle man power with ease. Looking to his working style owner of dairy plant promoted him as supervisor to control complete dairy activity and was solely responsible for every aspect of manufacturing activity. One fine morning dairy owner has asked him to start his own plant & assured him for initial support for marketing of product.

This has encouraged him to start his own business and for that he has asked his elder son Salim to help him in this business. The unit was started under name of Aman Milk Dairy in the year 1995. They developed facility to produce milk products of super quality they both started working on his project. They started of making paneer, chakka, cream, ghee. They use to market milk products in nearby areas like Kolhapur, Sangli, Miraj, Belgoan they both were successful. Mr. Salim was successful to introduce paneer in bulk packs in pune market. Looking to the huge demand of paneer he increased capacity of plant. He also made it a point to introduce new technology and development taking place from time to time. He did not stop here, he asked his younger brothers Mr. Altaf & Mr. Firoz to help him in this growing business. Mr. Salim now started to explore his market in Hyderabad. Marketing in Pune and Hyderabad was fantastic. At the same time he increased facility of plant to cater growing demand of paneer. They started marketing 4 to 5 tons of paneer every day. They gained confidence in this business and now planning to set up dairy plant of 100000 litres of milk handling per day from 25000 litres per day. 

They have appointed senior dairy technologist Mr. S.N. Joshi, as technical adviser to advice and incorporate new technology for betterment of unit. They are all set to start new project in a year or so. All necessary government formalities, documents, bank approval, land purchase & acquirement of land is done. Project report is already prepared which is being approved by bank and government authorities. In this project they plan to manufacture additional milk products like cheese, milk powder, fermented milk, flavoured milk, milk based sweets products, Ice Cream besides present products with increased capacities.
